Springfield Writers Group

The Springfield Writers Group was formed to bring together local writers for support and fellowship. The group accepts writers from beginners to established professional writers, and there is no restriction on genre. The group’s goal is to inspire, to support and share, and to develop a network of writing friends. This way, members always have a pool Beta-readers and editors to help them, with the understanding they must return the favour on request. As well, there is always someone available for a chat about writing-related problems. In 2017, the group wrote and published its first anthology, Return, with all the stories having a connection to Halley’s Comet. the group hopes to publish an anthology every year, to help broaden the experience and skills of our group members. We believe everyone is made of the Write Stuff.
